N.B. The hotel has 60 rooms (all ensuite with bath and separate shower) on hold for BAFO on the Friday night and 40 rooms on hold for the Saturday night; 50% of these room allocations will be released for general sale 8 weeks before the event (say, on Fri 20th September) and the remaining 50% at 6 weeks before the event (say, Fri 4th October) so to be sure of a room book early; there is full access to the Spa for delegates & their partners;

Car Parking: The hotel has discounted rates arranged with the nearby Q-Park, Charles St (aka ‘The Cheese Grater’ – Sat Nav S1 2NB) approx. £12.75 for 24 hrs, and the NCP Arundel Gate, (under the Crucible Theatre – Sat Nav S1 2PN) approx. £10 for 24 hrs;

N.B. Other less costly hotels are within easy walking distance of the Mercure (e.g. Jury’s, Novotel, Leopold) and others are a taxi ride away (e.g. Copthorne, Hilton, Holiday Inn Royal Victoria, Hampton by Hilton)
