Possible Scam “Conference”

As of early March 2025, there is a Conference being advertised on the internet with the title:

” International Conference on Forensic Dentistry and Bite Mark Analysis (ICFDBMA-25)”

This “Conference” appears to be taking place in multiple cities and in multiple countries throughout the year and requires both presenters and applicants to pay a significant sum in advance and even before any programme is released.

Please be warned that there is good reason to suspect that this is a scam and has produced a warning notice which includes:

“SCAM ALERT      Fraudulent individuals may attempt to collect Conference Fees using fake accounts ……”

It may be that the subject of Forensic Odontology and Forensic conferences in general have become attractive to scammers. Please be vigilant and satisfy yourself that a “Forensic Conference” is genuine before proceeding with booking/payments.
