International Academy of Legal Medicine (IALM) JULY 2020 Symposium CANCELLED

For your safety

IALM have received complaints about a growing number of fraudulent websites masquerading as the Symposium Organizers and offering registration, hotel bookings and other arrangements for upcoming events in Greece.

We strongly recommend that anyone attending the IALM 2020 Symposium uses only the official website online forms and its links for registration and accommodation requests.

Cancellation of event

The IALM Board has been closely monitoring the implications of the global nCoVID-19 pandemic. With its impact uncertain and countries in different stages, we fear it may be the case that some of you may not be able to attend the postponed IALM 2020 Symposium in July 2020 in Ioannina, Greece.

In this context, and after extensive deliberation, the IALM Board has decided to CANCEL THE EVENT.

The IALM Symposium PCO will return any fees from registration, accommodation and social events to you, in a process that will take place from July 1st to July 31st, 2020. Further information will be provided to each and every one of you a month prior to the refund.

Furthermore, we wish to inform you that abstracts accepted for presentation will be released, and authors are therefore free to proceed with their submission and publication in other scientific fora. Same applies for our distinguished Invited Speakers and contributing Faculty.

We take this opportunity to thank you all for your commitment and hope to be able to host you in Greece for another IALM event in the near future.

We extend to you our sincere wishes for good health in these difficult times, with the certainty that this too will pass and make us all stronger.
